A wellness coach trained by herbslife Nutrition committed to helping others change their lives and make their lives Healthier & Happier.
I’m running 10 day health challenges Within a Telegram group with fellow health marathon members you have an 8 point daily check list to attempt for 10 days to healthier you! They start every two weeks on a Monday. If you complete your checklist each day you will also receive the following: Focus of the day (hydration, protein etc)

- 7. Dally exercise routine-10,000 steps
- 8. & 45 min exercise(Yoga, HITT, park Run,cardio etc)
